Value for money
Jog flow are excellent shoes for running under 2500 is it can go 5 to 10km daily in this shoes and sole is too good it feels very lightwieght so i use them frequently for regular uses but there is disadvantage for those who had wide feet

Great trainers, light and fits well. True to size, although has a pointed front that better brands don’t have. I am on the heavy side and been using to run daily in the streets, and done several times 15+ Km in good pace and the trainers are holding. Will need to change soon as normal as been beating them a lot. Would recommend for the price.
Très confortable
