The HFI Alba Breastplate is a classic leather breastplate for riders looking for an adjustable, comfortably finished design. The breastplate features padded sides, elastic inserts, and a detachable martingale fork. Thanks to its various adjustment options, you can carefully adapt it to both the horse and the saddle used.
About this breastplate
The sides are padded and lined with soft leather. This soft finish is designed for wearing comfort in areas where the breastplate contacts the horse. Decorative embroidery and cream-colored stitching give the Alba breastplate a neat, classic look.
The design incorporates elastic inserts. These flex with the horse's movement and provide extra comfort during riding. The breastplate is also fully adjustable, allowing you to correctly set the various straps. Proper adjustment is important: the breastplate must be able to perform its function without being unnecessarily tight or hindering movement.
The HFI Alba comes with an adjustable martingale fork. This is attached with a snap hook and is therefore easily detachable. This is practical when you want to use the breastplate with or without a martingale fork, depending on your training or discipline. It attaches to the girth with a loop.
The square stainless steel buckles ensure a solid finish and match the classic design. The HFI Alba Breastplate is available in brown and black and in sizes Cob and Full.
This model is especially suitable if you are looking for a traditionally designed breastplate with many adjustment options, elastic parts, and the ability to remove the martingale fork. If you are looking for a breastplate with a different construction or if your horse needs a size outside of Cob or Full, another model would be more suitable.
