These gel insoles are brilliant. You wouldnt even know you have them in your shoes, boots or trainers. I love them. My shoe size is an in-between size 3 &1/2 which can be hard to get. These gel insoles mean I can wear a 4 without any movement or discomfort to my feet. Would definitely buy again.
