If you've resorted to using tennis balls to massage on yourself before, don't hesitate to try these instead. It makes gliding across a specific tendon so much easier! I love it best working my tennis elbow in particular. Easy to massage myself even when both arms are exhausted from exercise! I just wish it came in a brighter colour so I can find it
